Could you be thinking too much (over thinking), or is it pure Physical, Eude? 

I over think most days, I am trying to recognize this at the time, & stop myself from doing it. Maybe, this helps you, if not, it was just a prompt, or an idea. Now I need to relax my, mind, before I get stuck in stinking, thinking!

I've got a double appointment this morning, with th doctor who was involved with getting me back on the depot, through means of a community treatment order. . So I'm going to be challenging his ordinary opinion as an ordinary person. With my ordinary opinion as an ordinary person. Because my opinion has never and will never change.
