Re: self care -- Food, Salt , Sugar , Water
Do you keep a food diary so you can learn what will bump the levels up @Shaz51?

Re: self care -- Food, Salt , Sugar , Water
Thanks @Former-Member I have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), from my surgeries.
Someone said last week that peas & beans (which I eat lots of) are bad for IBS, unless they are pulverised (blended).
She said that Cabbage is good, & I don't eat any cabbage.

@Adge these two charts have been taken from IBS support sites - lucky for you it looks like cabbage is best off the menu 😀.

Re: self care -- Food, Salt , Sugar , Water
Thanks @Former-Member I've just printed it out, for further digestion (reading).
Watermelon is also off the menu - excellent (I don't like it).
I do actually like cabbage, I just don't eat any.

Quick reminder @Adge to raid your pantry for some chips or arrowroot biscuits to have for morning & afternoon tea

Re: self care -- Food, Salt , Sugar , Water
Cabbage can be chopped finely like coleslaw @Adge, then oil, lemon juice, salt, dill and a (very) little crushed fresh garlic tossed into it as a salad.
Its a European version of coleslaw.
