Oh @Snowie I don't feel like I am coping well with it at all but also know if I stop to deal with any of it then I will break - so just need to keep swimming 👍

Keep swimming is a good thing @Zoe7
I know if you stop and deal with it then it might feel like it will all fall apart. I can understand that. Sometimes dealing with our trauma is just in the too hard basket 😢

It is @Snowie and I have certainly had a year filled with things that I need to get past. There have been death after death - some close to me, some of friends and colleagues. This week 2 more friends lost family members and that has made it hard again to grieve my own losses. I can't even see my sister because I know how much she is grieving her fur baby and I don't think I can handle it. Sometimes those of us that are supposed to be the strong ones just cannot cope either but that is hard for my family to understand when it has come to be the norm.

You certainly have gone through a lot @Zoe7 and have coped with an enormous amount of loss.
My heart goes out to you hun.
Will say goodnight sweetie, time for me to put H to bed and go to bed myself. Like you didn't get much sleep last night so having trouble keeping my eyes open
I hope you get some sleep tonight hun, even if it is on the couch. Thanks for the chat and keeping me company 💕💕

Thank you so much for keeping me company sweetheart. It has been a great distraction as well as a great chat - allowing me to unload a little has been really helpful. You are super special @Snowie and I really appreciate you. Hugs and hugs and hope of sleep for us both tonight 💙💙💙💙💙

My cat used to get in the tiniest boxes. The sides would rip, but he went in there anyway. @Zoe7 😸

hahaha @Former-Member Yes Cat is the same - they love their boxes. Tobes also likes putting his head in boxes but that is usually in search of biscuits when mummy leaves them lying around - savoury shapes are his favourite lol
