Re: @Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Fair enough @Shaz51 I hope it helps.

I think I need to stop eating.

It's too late, I'm tired, & I don't need to eat anymore (anyway)...

It's not fun.

Re: @Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

I drink Hybiscus teas for that reason too @Appleblossom

Re: @Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

Good thinking. @Faith-and-Hope

I had some liquorice tea which I love the flavour of ... but not good for high blood pressure.

Smiley Happy

I finished it slowly over time, but will research next teas I buy for physical qualities.

Re: @Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

I like liquorice tea too @Appleblossom .  Thanks for the heads-up regarding it’s affect on hypertension.

Re: @Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

@Faith-and-Hope

How has today been for you. I got that you were busy.

Re: @Re: Hot Chocolate Anyone ?

It was a full day at uni @Appleblossom , but a painting class was one of the lessons - a tableau of seemingly junk items, but it’s about observation and paint application.  That felt great, like a meditation .... good for hypertension, and the tutors play music, often classical.
