Self-care management (during social distancing)

This came through yesterday morning.  Timely.  Black Dog Institute guide and tools for self-care during social distancing/isolation :-

 https://www.blackdoginstitute.org.au/news/news-detail/2020/03/30/the-importance-of-self-care-plannin...

@nashy @s-jay  @Faith-and-Hope @Teej @frog @outlander @CheerBear @Shaz51   you might want to share this elsewhere.  Well worth a look. There are templates for designing your own self-care plan as well as other tools to use.

Re: Self-care management (during social distancing) from Black Dog Institute

Hi @eth and all. I came across another resource yesterday that's become more accessible at the moment.

It has courses on mental health offered through "This Way Up" which is (by a quick look at it) designed and developed by St Vincent's hospital and Uni of NSW. I only had a quick flick but it looks kind of cool.

Just in case anyone is interested here it is:

Great if those coping skills actually work and you actually have beneficial coping skills at all to begin with.

Not so when you don't.
