Online Peer Group Chat // The Pressure of Perfectionism // Thursday 10th of March 2022 at 7PM-8:30PM AEDT

Hi everybody!

Next week our Online Peer Group Chat on Thursday 10th March 2022 will be on the topic of The Pressure of Perfectionism.

Perfectionism can seem like a positive quality in motivating us to be the best we can be. However, it can create a lot of pressure for us, and get in the way of doing things if we’re setting up unreasonably high standards for ourselves. Whether it's learned, arisen from trauma, or developed some other way, perfectionism can have a negative impact on our mental health. Let's talk about what we can do about it.

The event start times across Australia are:

  • WA: 4pm
  • NT: 5:30pm
  • SA: 6:30pm
  • QLD: 6pm
  • NSW, VIC, ACT & TAS: 7pm

Online Peer Group Chats are held by SANE outside of the Forums, using a platform called Chatwee. To join an Online Peer Group, you will need to register for an account with Chatwee. On the night, follow this link and log in to your Chatwee account before the group starts. Check out the FAQs page for more information.
