Remember the other night when you said you thought you were reading words from me that YOU had written @Former-Member - well you managed to turn the tables tonight! What you have written all across this discussion tonight echoes nearly EXACTLY how I have been doing the last couple of weeks
As @CheerBear said earlier - we can't say it will get better (or that it won't) but we do have each other and we do have an understanding of what each other is going through - and THAT we can take some comfort in @Former-Member

I have felt that way about "distraction" techniques @Former-Member
They are only a step in the direction away from sh or si.
I did not feel like living for 20 years and I still struggle, but I also have a lot of good moments now.
Enough good moments to put smiles on my dial.
ABout 10 years ago I phoned a friend exitedly telling him I had made soneone laugh. I was over the moon, as I had been depressed for a very long time.
It is a good community on the forum, but we are all vulnerable too.
Maybe you will find a way for your music to come back to you, but maybe it will be from an unpredictable direction.
