Re: Back again checking in

Thanks for your message, @Lilly6 ...

How are you doing today?

Re: Back again checking in

Hi @NatureLover hope you are well. I am still in a very dark place unfortunately.

Yes, I expected that you would be, as it takes a while to come out of severe depression. I'm still sorry to hear, though. I hope you feel recovered from your hospital visit the other night...

Just want to let you know we are here for you in your dark times. @Lilly6

Re: Back again checking in

Thinking of you today, @Lilly6 ... hoping you're OK...

Re: Back again checking in

Hi @NatureLover I am ok.

Re: Back again checking in

Thanks for checking in, @Lilly6 , good to see you 🙂

I'm glad you're OK, but I'm guessing things are still pretty awful for you...

Sending a gentle virtual hug...

Re: Back again checking in

Thanks @NatureLover appreciate it. Yes things are still pretty awful, taking it a day at a time.

Re: Back again checking in

A day at a time sounds good...

Take care @Lilly6 .

Re: Back again checking in

Can't sleep. So tired of all of this. And the worst part of being awake at 3:40am is that no one is generally awake to talk to and I don't want to call Lifeline etc. At 3:40am everything looks dark and bleak too unfortunately.

Re: Back again checking in

@Lilly6  am sorry it was a bad night and you were still awake at 3.40am. I agree that everything looks even worse in the nighttime.

Did you manage to get some sleep eventually?
