I’ve seen pdoc again today and we talked about something that happened a very long time ago. She was kind and caring and has given me a certificate for the rest of the day off work.

I’m sitting on the beach and not in a good head space. Is anyone around?

I had an appointment with pdoc this morning and she has put me back on an anti psychotic ☹️ and she asked if I’d go to hospital. I don’t want that and she asked if I wanted her to make the decision for me 🥲. Feeling devastated right now but I have another appointment with her on Monday. I promised to contact ACT or pdoc tomorrow if needing support.

Trying to be positive but feeling very alone and isolated.

When things just get too tough, let others carry you through. Sometimes it's hard to accept help, esp if we are so used to helping everyone else.
