@Former-Member oh one more new rule we agreed on after car bingles is no no no driving in arvo or evening if have been physically active in day

Mr Darcy quire different, when he went down hill he became increasingly anxious but would not seek help until things were critical (was feeling like he wanted to run away). @Sophie1 he has never had rapid speech,  more an inability to relax (has never been a couch potato), once he starts a job he perhaps feels pressured to finish it and finds it hard to break jobs down into manageable steps, although is improving on that front.
