Re: My special place

I'm here if you want to talk about anything @Snowie . I'm mindful you probably have your mum on your mind too.

Re: My special place

Thanks @tyme there is a lot on my mind. Really too much to be able to organise.

I'm scared that if I open up, I won't have the support to continue with it. I know I have here, and am grateful for it, but that one on one support isn't there for quite a while.

At this stage, I'm just trying to follow my SP.

Re: My special place

Go slow @Snowie  and just do what you can. Reach out if you feel you need to talk to someone.

Is hubby or the kids at home with you?

Re: My special place

I have reached out @tyme but it's still hard to open up.

I know they say that getting things out can help, but opening that can of worms is difficult and scary.

I know where I'm heading, I'm just trying to stop it.

I have hubby and son at home with me so am safe for tonight. Hopefully sleep comes a little easier tonight too.

I'm going to log off now. If I don't talk to you again I really hope that you have a great time on your holiday and can make me great memorable moments.

Take good care of you.

Re: My special place

Sometimes, the phone lines don't 'fix' things, but it's someone to talk to to keep you safe.

Thank you for letting me know you are logging off or I'd be worried.

I'll see you when I get back @Snowie

Please take care. Self care first!
