I think today was more hiding from everyone and from myself.

We just had a call from the re @Snowie  she said they had 33 applications and she put forward a few to her boss to go over, there were a couple ahead of us cause they had no pets, but this LL loves pets and her boss picked our application. Our references are great. So just putting it forward to the LL now I think? 
fingers and toes crossed for perhaps good news in the morning?
