Re: Tw Not Coping

Oh @Kyle1 - hope you are okay.

What is vermouth???

Re: Tw Not Coping

@Kyle1, I hope you are okay. Getting a police check can be scary. Once I got an ambulance and police check sent from KHL. I almost got one last year too from my psych.

Re: Tw Not Coping

@tyme

Vermouth is a sweet wine. Really nice with ice cubes and a squeeze of lime. A little tipple is just perfect (especially since I've held off for months)

Did you ever see Groundhog Day?

Re: Tw Not Coping

@creative_writer  thank you. I wasn't scared, though. Just annoyed; I was trying to catch up on sleep. And when I need help, no one ever comes anyway!!

Re: Tw Not Coping

I’m sorry, @Kyle1 🫂. I also find one has to be really explicit when seeking help for SI to even get a referral to community mental health. The system has it cracks for sure.

Re: Tw Not Coping

Hello @creative_writer @Kyle1

Are either of you feeling any better?

Thank you for the info @tyme

Re: Tw Not Coping

What’s this about a police check?

Did KHL send someone to your house @creative_writer?

Did you have one today @Kyle1?

Re: Tw Not Coping

@Birdofparadise8, still heavy, but that’s just life. I think I need one good cry to let off the steam but never find the time. I once had the police sent to my house when I was with KHL, it was years ago, when I was like 22. Wasn’t the most fun experience. The ambulance came first though. The police came after I had left for the hospital.

Re: Tw Not Coping

That's so tough @creative_writer - not pleasant at all....

Re: Tw Not Coping

@Birdofparadise8  Yeah, I had a visit from police today after emails from Sane.

I did ask what value there was in trying to send police because, well... they don't help. Yet services or people who might can never turn up!!
