Omg yes @Oaktree I love it!! Love silly little games like that, played one recently called '5-Minute Dungeon' where you have 5 minutes to beat all these bosses by playing your cards well - was especially great for my nephew, cos he struggles with competing against others so playing a collaborative game was super fun!
Ach, I've been craving some silly!! Might have to organise a board games night or something. Wish we could play on forums.... Hmmm @tyme food for thought? Hehehe

Do you get a bit anxious or nervous prior to appointment @Oaktree or are you concerned about after the session. That talking about things in the session will bring up feelings that might be difficult to deal with when the session is over?
Do you have some go to techniques? Like grounding with five senses.
Do you prefer to be by yourself or around other people?
Do you find physical things helpful like going for a walk

Yes Till I am worried that I will be thinking about stuff that comes up in the appointment afterwards. I did write down some distress tolerance skills including the 5 senses grounding technique. Just have to remember to use them when I need them.
Thanks for your replies guys. I appreciate it.
