@Blossom497  So true! We are so influenced and molded by our loved ones but we also have the power to break cycles built by them and start conversions around change. I'll get more into this in a second!

Are there any songs of yours that are particularly special to you? What is it that makes them special?  

I don't think I could ever choose one favorite song, but there are a couple for me that feel like important moments “Heroine”, for example was a moment of me really facing my anorexia head on and admitting the hurt I caused and realising that I needed to be my own hero. It explores that acceptance that I'm the only one who can make the choice to get better. 

Another would be “See What You See” which for me was written initially as a letter to my friends and family that I knew I was hurting during a bad and dark time. This song allowed me to say sorry and also let my family gain an insight into what I was going through.

I think 'See What You See' is one of my personal favourites of yours @Sconstantine, for much the same reasons as you in terms of being able to communicate with loved ones. Dopamine was another one that resonates with me!
