Re: How does the rankings work?
Hi @Former-Member, a good question. New contributor, casual contributor and contributor levels are for people who are very new to the forums or post very rarely. Senior contributor is something that clicks over when a certain number of posts have been reached. Community Guides have been appointed a couple of times over the past two years by the site managers, especially when there was expected to be a large influx of new members (such as during Mental Health Week). Community Guides have no special qualifications, aside from a perceived capacity for compassion and support to others. All of us through these labels are basically regular members of the site's community, posting both in relation to our own needs and reaching out to support and welcome others, where possible.
