Hi @Lilly6 I can hear your having a really challenging time right now, and good on you for reaching out on the forums because its not easy when your feeling that way.

 

Im going to send you an email but please reach out to your supports and crisis support because you dont have to go through these feelings alone

@Dancer9  Thank you. My meds don't seem to be doing anything and I do not feel positive at all. I am not sure when my next therapist session is possibly tomorrow but I don't really care anymore. I am trying to be positive especially for others here but I am not succeeding. Just done.

Its exhausting being there for others at the expense of yourself. Hang i there and know that you have plenty of support here.

Hi @Lily6, hope you got some sleep and can keep your apt today (a time you really need it). I've struggled much over the years with feeling defeated and suicidal thoughts. One revelation about SI that's made a difference is to know that SUICIDAL THOUGHTS ARE A WARNING SIGNAL THAT MY STRESS LEVELS ARE WAY TOO HIGH AND MY RED FLAG TO PULL BACK AND SELF CARE A FEW DAYS. Don't overthink, just rest, and simple hand to task activities, especially creative projects that feed your soul. Its important to be kind to yourself with thoughts and choices. Depression clouds everything so don't put too much weight on thoughts.

Please don't feel the need to be positive for people here...I hope you will just write how you're feeling. I hope you feel able to go to the psych appointment today, and that it's helpful...Am thinking of you, @Lilly6 ...

Hi @NatureLover  and @WIP  thank you for your kind words. I have cancelled my appointment, couldn't face it. Can't focus today either, not at all. Feel like I am a red hot mess 😆 I can't stand this

I completely understand why you cancelled your appt. I've been struggling so much sometimes, that doing therapy is the last thing I feel like.
