Re: Back again checking in

Hi @Lilly6 ...thinking of you and hoping you're having a restful weekend. I hope you can see some light...just enough to keep going for the moment, till things change for the better...sending a warm hug...

Re: Back again checking in

@NatureLover Thank you for your warm hug you have no idea how much I need it. I don't know how things have gone downhill so quickly, I was going so well. Have tried to hang on and done so as long as I could. I thought I would wait until the end of the weekend and see how things were and sadly there is no light anymore. Have tried meds, therapy, talking with those close to me, safety plan the lot. Thank you so much for your support it means a lot.

Re: Back again checking in

Hey @Lilly6

I'm a bit concerned about you from this post so just letting you know I'm going to send you an email to check in.

Warmest,

Basil.

Re: Back again checking in

@Lilly6  I'm sorry you can't see any light...I hope you will feel able to persevere with the meds and therapy and talking with those close to you...I think your meds still have 2 or 3 weeks to go to kick in fully?

Sending wishes for strength and some healing, and another warm hug... Heart
