Re: No More
I wish there were more services available. I know there’s Spectrum, but they take only very few people amongst the thousands diagnosed with BPD and I guess you need to live within a certain distance to access their services in Melbourne. Besides some private clinics, I don’t know anywhere else, particularly NSW, who specialise in BPD. I find BPD so complex, so without a patient therapist, it can be extremely challenging and unpredictable.

Re: No More
Hi @Snowflake11 ,
Thanks for asking about my well-being. Happy R U OK day for yesterday! I’m hitting a few bumps on my BPD journey, but I’m receiving a lot of help from community health services. I truly am greatful for the support here in these forums as well as the support I’m receiving from outside. Really, if it wasn’t for support, I’d be 6-ft under.
Reaching out is the key. I know this is so hard, particularly when we are used to isolating ourselves to avoid emotional pain (that’s me anyway). Now I have to re-learn to connect with people. It’s a very difficult and time-consuming skill to re-learn, but ultimately, connection is what keeps us going.
All the best for all of you! Hugs to all! @BlueBay @Snowflake11 @outlander @Shaz51 @CheerBear
