Welcome & getting started

Re: Every time I turn around

@tyme unfortunately not. We can't afford it financially.

Funny enough partner earns more through insurance if dead too.

Also small community where I am, and things follow.... not too many more job opportunities for a bipolar person here

Re: Every time I turn around

Plus then I just curl up and become worse - if possible right.... it is.

I do wonder why I try to prolonged the inevitable.  Should just take the drive. There be no recovery

Re: Every time I turn around

I'm sorry you call yourself a 'bipolar person' @Saree . Remember you are you - you are not your label/diagnosis.

You have many strengths. You have values and ideals.

Hold onto these strengths. Please reach out.

You can contact our wonderful counsellors on 1800 187 263 (M-F 10am-10pm).

Reach out and give yourself a chance because you deserve it.

Hugs, tyme

Re: Every time I turn around

@tyme sorry

Unfortunately it's how a small town community sees you.

Sorry tyme.

Will leave you with it.

Thanks for trying

Re: Every time I turn around

Hi all,

I just want to say I'm sorry for the way I posted a bit back, especially to @tyme .

Things are worse than ever but not the place to raise.

I'm sorry 😞

Re: Every time I turn around

Hey @Saree

Here if you want to chat about it. What's happening for you today?

Re: Every time I turn around

Thanks @Paperdaisy

But think same principle sticks atm.

We have running issues with moving forward. Looking at starting a family. I've had an ectopic pregnancy already that pretty much destroyed me. And now complications are extremely high. Partner won't even consider coming off meds. Meds are a complication plus the extra benefits and then the ectopic as well.

My depression that shouldn't be happening is worse than ever and I'm not ok.

No one knows. I'm so close to finalising stuff. The only hold back is what if I fail like the other times.

I'm not sure I shouldve started this message. I'm sorry

Re: Every time I turn around

Hey @Saree I have sent you an email. Are you able to please get back to me?

If you're having these thoughts I would encourage you to call crisis support or 000 so you can get the help you deserve.

It sounds like starting a family is really important to you. Would it be helpful to contact PANDA or Gidget Foundation for some support around this? You shouldn't have to go through this alone 💝
